A traditional family-run business, Restaurant Split sits right at your Hotel Stadt Emmerich. Known simply as Restaurant Split, we’ve served guests from the region and travelers from far away for years. Our guests come back for the attentive service, the excellent food, and a setting that fits its surroundings — calm, relaxed, and welcoming. Alongside our set menus, you’ll find Croatian cooking rounded out with international dishes.

Dine in comfort and take your time with the selection. Our dishes range from starters like hot soups and various salads, through toast dishes and specialty pasta, to fine Black Angus steak from Argentina or fish. A house recommendation: pair your fresh fish or your juicy steak — rare, medium, or well done — with one of our salads or soups, and pick a glass of wine from the drinks menu. An ideal combination for discerning palates, or for anyone who simply wants to treat themselves. Outside and Inside — However You Like It

Our seating runs from the outdoor terrace into our indoor dining rooms. But there’s more: Restaurant Split can also be booked for special occasions, with room for about 80 people, and our conference room seats around 60 more.
